Click on the 'Add' button. A message will appear in a dialog box confirming the item was added to your shopping cart. Click 'OK' and continue shopping, adding items to your cart. When you're finished shopping click 'Views My Cart', located next to every 'Add' button and at the upper right of each product index page. Review your order and complete the ordering information. Either pay by your PayPal account or pay by Credit/Debit Card/Check Payment via Paypal - It's Easy & Secure. If you don't have a Paypal account, no problem - when you get to payment processing simply click on the link provided above the credit card symbols to pay by credit card instead.

Credit Card

We accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards worldwide. If placing a mail order, please send your credit card information including expiration date and billing address (where the bank that issues your card sends your statements) along with your order and shipping address. Please have your credit card in hand when ordering and make certain you know the billing address of your credit card, where you receive your credit card bill, since we us AVS matching to assure credit cards ownership.


When placing an order online, you may use your existing Palpal account or set up your PayPal account using Visa and MasterCard/Debit Card/Check Payment via Paypal - It's easy and secure.


US residents or companies can send a check payable to ExRx.net, LLC, our parent company. Companies and individuals outside of the US can send a check issued from a US bank in US dollars. Company checks from established US businesses and organizations are processed within 3 business days or sooner. Personal and small business checks will require 2 weeks to clear before orders will be processed. An additional charge of $20 will be assessed for checks that do not clear.

Money Order

Money Orders are accepted in US funds drawn on a US bank made payable to ExRx.net, LLC, our parent company. Postal Money Orders (available at your local post office) will only be accepted from USA, Canada, and Japan customers payable in US Dollars.

Purchase Order

Sorry, we do not accept purchase orders without payment at this time. Please have your company, school, or organization send a check with your order or order online with credit card. In most cases, we are able to issue a "Pro-Forma" invoice for your order. If you would like use this option please e-mail your order, address (shipping and billing), and contact information. We will then send back an invoice via e-mail attachment. Please send in your check made out to ExRx.net, LLC, our parent company, along with the e-mail attachment printout. Orders will ship when your check has been received and deposited into our bank.

Western Union

If you would like to wire your payment via Western Union, submit an Order Inquiry for instructions. Look for a Western Union location near you. Please note that Western Union orders are only available on orders over $200 and may not be available on all orders.


USA (Domestic)

Although we sometimes ship USPS or UPS, most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Please include a street address since FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Postage is $6.95 for the first item, $1.95 each additional item. After 5 items, there are no additional shipping charges. Orders typically take approximately a week to arrive to most locations, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

Please call 888-321-3979 for faster shipping options. Next day shipping will cost around $30 for the first item. Second day shipping will cost around $16 for the first item. Please allow an additional day for your order to arrive, particular if ordering after 11 AM central time.

Payment with a bank check via mail order may require an additional 2 weeks to clear before your order can ship.


Postage rates are approximately $30 depending for most orders and location ($20 to Canada). After adding item to shopping cart, select region for exact shipping.

Orders are generally shipped via FedEx International. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. See payment methods.

***Orders shipped to other countries MAY be subject to customs charges or other taxes and fees, charged by authorities in the destination country. Any customs charges or other taxes and fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to advise the exact charges that may occur as they vary from country to country.

Some reference books, large models, and orders over 4 lbs may cost more to ship to some destinations. If the actual cost of shipping airmail significantly exceeds our shipping charge, we will e-mail you with the option of cancelling your order or paying additional amount to cover shipping.

Kansas Residents

  • Online Orders: Prices include local sales tax for Kansas residence and businesses.
  • Mail Orders: Please add your local sales tax on the total (including shipping) as dictated by state policy.
  • Telephone Orders: We will assess your local sales tax and add it to the total (including shipping) before we process your credit card.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the following options:
  • return it within 15 days of receipt, in saleable condition, and your money will be refunded except for shipping and handling charges.
  • return it within 30 days of receipt, in saleable condition, we will exchange it for a title of equal or less value (some restrictions apply). You will be refunded the difference.
A damaged product must be reported well with in 15 days of receipt. You are responsible for shipping the returned items in all cases except for damaged products, where we'll reimburse you for shipping.

Sorry, we do not accept returns on opened videos (DVDs), software, or CD-ROMs, as with industry standard, due to the ease in which they can be duplicated.

For return instructions, please contact us immediately using our Order Inquiry Form. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on the following billing statement.
